Zavi Hair Design Studio provides services by appointment only. Your appointment is reserved just for you and that we request you review our salon policies provided below.
Monday – Friday 10am – 8pm by appointment only
To ensure prompt service at our guest’s convenience, we suggest that all guests arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled reservation time.
A Credit Card may be requested to hold any service $50 or more.
We realize that there are circumstances that may arise and the need for the occasional reservation cancellation.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a reservation, we require a minium of 12 hours notice. If you need to cancel you may do so by visiting our Reservations page , call or text the salon at (757) 559-1342 and leave a message on the answering service.
Please keep in mind that “NO-Shows” or late cancellations leave empty reservation times that could have been filled by other guests on the waiting list.
Guests that do not honor their reservation will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
– Cancel with more than 12 hours notice – Service will be cancelled at no charge.
– Cancel with less than 12 hours notice – 50% of service price will be charged.
– Failure to show without notice or same day cancellations – 100% of service will be charged.
– If your appointment is connected to a Gift Certificate, Voucher etc and you “No Show” You forfeit your GC, Voucher etc.
